How Our Pricing Works — Flat Rates, Real Value, No Surprises

Great news — our standard regular cleans, which are 100% chemical-free and eco-friendly, are surprisingly competitive compared to both traditional and ENJO-based cleaning services in Perth.

Our flat-rate quotes range from $140 to $200, depending on your home. We don’t charge by the hour — instead, we price based on what your space needs.

We follow a comprehensive checklist with over 80 cleaning touch points, ensuring every home gets a truly thorough clean. We bring all the ENJO fibres needed to get the job done — fresh, clean, and chemical-free.

For reference, a 4x2 family home with multiple occupants will sit at the higher end of this range, while a 3x1 home with one or two people will be closer to the lower end.

We send one dedicated cleaner per home, which means we’re best suited to average-sized homes. Mansions and extra-large double-storey properties with 4–5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms aren’t our niche — but we’re perfect for most homes in Perth’s northern suburbs.
